Installing Bugzilla on Windows

Hi All

I was asked to install Bugzill by my boss. I only had a windows 2008 R2 server environment to install it.

I was following this link to install.

It was working but when i trying to add a issue the was a error saying
"cannot determine local time zone"

It was fixed as explained in this link.
